Can I request a custom quote for bulk or large orders?

Quotes are available for orders of all quantities

Do you offer product warranties?

All equipment comes with a 1-year warranty. 

Break Open Tickets / Fundraising

How do I get licensed to sell break open tickets?

Bazaar Marketing assists our charity and retail partners with licensing and registration. 

Can you help with AGCO compliance and onboarding?

Bazaar Marketing service includes assistance with compliance and onboarding requirements.

Do you offer custom-printed break open tickets?

Custom printed, and branded tickets are offered, but there are minimum order quantities.

Electronic Gaming

Do you provide training on how to use electronic bingo equipment?

Training is provided at no charge for all equipment purchases.

Do you offer service and repairs for gaming machines?

Bazaar Marketing has trained technicians to provide on-site service and repairs. Virtual technical support is also provided when applicable.

Can I lease or rent electronic gaming equipment instead of purchasing?

Bazaar Marketing’s Electronic Bingo devices are all leased. Bingo Equipment is generally sold, but Bazaar Marketing is open to rental and leasing.

Custom Products / Branded Merchandise

Can I see a proof of my custom product before it’s produced?

All custom orders require approval before production. An artwork proof will be provided for approval.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom products?

Minimums vary by product. For custom merchandise, the minimum order is generally 50 units; for custom apparel, the minimum order is generally 6 units.

How long does it take for custom merchandise to be delivered?

Custom merchandise typically takes 10-14 days after artwork approval.

Do you offer design support if I don’t have artwork ready?

Design support is available if required.

Do you offer local delivery or pickup in Ontario?

We offer local shipping and customer pickup.
